Bookings
Bookings are made on a first pay first book basis.
Only Bank transfers and cash deposits are accepted.
Bookings can be processed once proof of deposit is received.
Minimum period in season – seven nights beginning on a Friday night
Minimum booking out of season - three nights.
PLEASE NOTE:
Bookings are finalised on receipt and clearance of a deposit of 50% of the total of the tariff for the booked period.
REFUNDS:
There are no refunds on bookings cancelled three months and less before occupation.
50% Of the deposit will be refunded for cancellations more than three months before occupation date.
The balance of the amount must be received and cleared no less than fourty five calendar days before occupation.
The occupant will pay the key holder three hundred rand (non-refundable) on arrival.
